Homes by Calton, LLC is led by an experienced management team, whose backgrounds cover over 40 years in the homebuilding industry with the development of over 25,000 homes. The Company builds quality, upscale homes and communities in the Treasure Coast area of Florida, and is completing the Riverside at The Island Club development in Vero Beach, Florida. Riverside at The Island Club was originally a Beazer Homes development, and in the summer of 2003, Homes by Calton purchased the remaining 35 lots of the 121-lot community.

PrivilegeONE is a newly formed company engaged in the development of a co-branded loyalty credit card program. The Company has formed a strategic alliance with Horsham, PA based Fleet Credit Card Services to issue the PrivilegeONE Visa® card.
